Well, I really don´t see that so different than Orombi or Akinola spewing their superstitous lies...they´ll say anything that instigates fear and hate to keep their egos intact...the only difference is that Mugabe doesn´t try to export his junktalk to the U.S...keeps the insanity intact within his borders!
The difference is that Orombi and Akinola haven't allowed the entire commercial farm network to be deliberately destroyed, then had 20 000 people forcibly removed from their homes before smashing them up, printed money without any resources to back it, and created a deliberate and systematic campaign of torture, rape, murder and abduction to destroy anyone who disagrees with them.
