Is night, and I am beautiful-
graced with all the beauty
the alcohol suffusing your veins
can credit me with.
Come morning,
the alcohol burnt off-
all my blemishes seen,
morning breath on my kiss;
will you love me the same
Oh love of the moment?

For some reason this reminds me of Iwaya. I penned it in a bar.

I know you are not much into God, Gug, but your partner seems to be-- although not the kind of God who hates gays and posts signs about it.
If you are at all interested, drop a note to the following address:

This is an organization of gay Ugandan Anglicans. They could tell your partner where to find a gay-friendly (or at least a gay-tolerant) church.
Hi Bolton,
thanks. We do know about integrity. Problem is my friend is Catholic, and he is actually in search of a gay Catholic support group.
Kind of hard to mix the protestant and catholic traditions here
(Though he is looking over my shoulder at the moment and he assures me that he will be going to that church, Catholic because the 'phobes do not have a monopoly of it.)
